Annual Meeting
The 2010 annual meeting of the Lakes of Preston Vineyards Homeowners Association will be held:
Tuesday, September 21
Shawnee Trail Elementary School
7:30 p.m.
We will review the financial health of the association, elect officers and discuss topics relevant to our neighbors and community.
In order to conduct business, we must have a quorum, which is defined as 10% of our neighbors or approximately 35 homeowners (1 vote per household). Our preference is that you attend the meeting in person and provide input to the board of directors; however, if you cannot attend, please submit a completed proxy form. Our property manager, Elaine Hyden, will be distributing formal meeting notices and proxies soon.

Annual Pool Party a Hit!
Manny's Mexican Restaurant catered with a delicious buffet and the DJ kept everyone listening (and dancing) to popular music while the kids played games. It was a great opportunity to soak up some rays, get acquainted with new neighbors and get reacquainted with old friends. See what you missed or if you are featured on the Party Pics page!
Pool opened May 22
We spruced up the area with a fresh coat of paint on the pool houses and stain on the arbors just in time for the pool opening on May 22. If you have trouble with your pool card, please contact our community property manager, Elaine Hyden.
New Landscaping
The LOPV HOA works very hard to improve the aesthetics of our community, and landscaping is a large part of that this year including new plantings of crape myrtles and Chinese pistachios along College Parkway. We also contracted with a new landscaping company, so we expect the common areas to look better than ever!
